Don't you ask yourself why you're doing something without knowing why you're doing it? I'm talking about the bigger picture here. Take it this way, you're studying because you want to have a good job. You want to have a good job to be rich. You want to be rich to buy everything you need. You want to buy everything you need to live. So, basically you want to live. But why do you want to live? Is 'living' worth all of that effort? Is 'living' worth all the struggles and all the obstacles?
You might say it pleasures you. Yes, but you should consider the future. It pleasure you now but you won't even remember all the pleasure, all the joy and all the feelings when you die. Yes, you're going to die. You're going to decay and you won't be remembered. Right now, you are living for nothing. All the effort is just a waste. Existence is absurd.
Life has no objective meaning. It only has a subjective or a temporary one. So, now I want you to think about this. Do you still want to continue to live for nothing?
