LIFE GOES ON

Whether I am happy or sad

Whether I am angry or mad

Life goes on

Whether I am poor or rich

taller or shorter than I reach

life goes on

Whether I know my life is limited

and live happily or worrying about it

Life goes on

The future will be present

and the present a past

All of us that are here

will not be anymore

because life goes on

whether I do something worthwhile

or do nothing I am remembered by

life goes on

I must live my life the best way I can

because l will regret it when I realize

I have had my chance
