Hi, so I'll not bore you with a long story but I've been fighting police/public prosecution service thru a solicitor it's not really getting anywhere. A letter came from them yesterday providing some of the info I requested and other stuff they won't give me! The letter was put up by a family member on 31 March and I only found out yesterday that it was delivered! Had to search for it, found it in a place where you'd least expect it. So pissed off at min about it I REALLY hate my stuff being moved. Im told its an Autism trait which i have..but sure its bound to be normal for ppl. The letter included a video clip of me being questioned by police after the sexual assault and it has retraumatised me 
Anyhow can I ask regarding SN. I was lucky enough to have got it before IC closed down. The family member I told and mental health services think I disposed of it, but I haven't. I have 100g. I've read contradicting things about it, so can I ask
1. When opening the SN - if I seal it in a food bag over the cups will it still keep good,, as I believe exposure to air can make it lose its lethal properties
2. I believe the fast is 8 hours? Does this include the drink fast of 2 hours or is this in addition to it?
3. Some say SN has to be taken thru a straw because it tastes so bad, but surely it would only prolong the bad taste and one would be better gulping it down in one?
4. Is the 800mg of Ibrupen taken 2 hours before it, so it can be taken with water?
5. I have benzos and quietipine. Both are sedating. Some say take 500mg of benzos and others say 5-10 your usual dose should do it. Which is it? I have a lot of temezepam and some diazepam. Swallowing all that much without water 30 mins before SN would be a lot... I understand if u swallow too much tablets you can be sick? Should I also taken benzos regularly before the event?
6. I have meto 10mg tablets. Should be I taking then regularly a few days beforehand? And how much should I take before taking the SN? And how long before drinking the SN should I take it?
