Method Lethality of a method

So I've been thinking lately of all the options I currently have, when it comes to ctb'ing, and a method came to mind.
However, it is rather painful. I wanted to add benzidiazapines but it's sadly under prescription. And, in my country, it's not that easy to get.

Anyway, here's what I'm planning:
(I'm a ~60kg guy)
600mg of DXM,
22 tablets of antihistamine,
a bottle of diphenhydramine.
For the bottle of diphenhydramine, I was planning on replacing it with 50mg benzidiazapines if I could get my hands on it, since it'd... make one sleep in an hour, presumably?

Now, I just want to know if this method is feasible, and, how painful exactly it would be?

But the mix is quite lethal, even with si kicking in it should be quite a safe method
But the whole uncertainty is on the pain factor

WIth such a concoction it still wouldn't lead to death?

if you want to die from overdose otc stuff won't work and will certainly just make your life worse, as others have said. illegal substances are probably the only reliable ones for overdose as lethal doses are pretty low (fentanyl for example which is comically easy to get your hands on these days has a lethal dose of just a couple milligrams)

Not so easy to get in the UK. I wish I had access to H or F. But it's only possible through the dark net which is tricky to work with tbh. I only have codeine, but if I combine a 1000mg+ dose with alcohol and other stuff, it should be enough to CTB I hope. (Especially if I crush and snort the codeine.)

make sure to get yourself pretty plastered beforehand, it will reduce your SI and make it much easier to overcome, while also depressing your breathing which will aid in ctb. if you can, crush the pills and inject them intravenously as it's faster and more bioavailable(there are guides online, and you can get needles from safe injection places). there is a fair risk of sepsis however as pills aren't sterile.

Will do. Snorting should also increase bioavailability enough, I think.

If this attempt doesn't work somehow (I am high bodyweight and healthy), I'll have to move on to either ligature strangulation or a massive SSRI + MAOI overdose (which would definitely work but probably not be pleasant).
