I'm pretty much ready to go, but the physical fear is what has been stopping me. I was thinking of either jumping or carbon monoxide, but have ruled out the latter due to the safety risks it would impose on my family. I'm not afraid of dying, and genuinely look forward to it, but my body just won't let me do it. Any alternative methods? All help is appreciated.
