The report is quite detailed, it defines many aspects of using N to CTB. Covers the years 2012-2015.
Perhaps now the ability to buy N over the internet is equal to zero, and all offers are scams, while the market and producers
they are controlled by customs and police. Another wondering is the lack of newer reports and information on this topic.

20 cases self deliverance. All of them are sodium pentobarbitol what causes the death.

I had a lot of doubts about antiemetics.

Drugs with antiemetic properties were detected in 12 cases; however, not all cases were tested for all drugs. These drugs included diphenhydramine (8/12), ondansetron (1/12), and metoclopramide (3/12).

And other interesting data.

Reading materials on suicide methods were found in 6 cases. The Peaceful Pill was specifically mentioned in 3 cases and Final Exit was mentioned in one case. In the noted histories for two other cases, only generic references were made to reading material on suicide, but specific details were not provided.

I have found this report.
It is specific about use of veterinary pentobarbitol.
Guess Euthasol must be a Canadian Brand, I am not sure....
IV Administration.
Bad news: coma resolved over the following 48 hours. Time is so important.
Curiosity: Seems to be that the woman caught Euthasol from a vet clinic.

Edit: Vet is her husband.

Yes, all antihistamines has antiemetics charasteristics.
So why are ppl going with illegal prescription antiemetics when you can get 100 benadryl for under $5 off-brand??

Yes, you are very right.
But, there is an important issue. benadryl has diphenhydramine which a high doses is very toxic. Could to be that benadryl was not used as antiemetic.

In the second report, there are 20 succesfully cases pentobarbitol death, only in 3 or 4 appears an antiemetic (Meto and ondansatron, thought) and in 8 or 9 cases appears diphendrymine as antiemetic, maybe it was benadryl.

I think that antiemetics are not necessary. Maybe it is for elderly people.
And last, PPL is a business and them sell tests, the guide.....guess you can understand, everybody wants a profit.

The woman injected the Euthasol, which is like a double concentrated Nembutal solution. Problem is it looks like she only injected 8ml which was probably not enough.
My understanding is that you need certain types of anti-emetics. Benadryl won't work for the purposes here.

There's different types of anti-emetics. I forget the terms for it, but for drugs like N or SN you need dopamine blockers. I'm sure well-versed members on the subject can explain more on it.

You are right, euthasol is 10g/100ml, pisabental 6,3g/100ml of sodium pentobarbitol each one. Nembutal is a brand to humane use.
I think she injected herself more quantity, but i think that important issue is time interval until husband find her.
Both cases has 3 degree over 15 in Glasgow coma score (must be any kind of offical scale for comas).
About antiemetics, I do not know, there is 20 cases in the report, only 3 cases appears antiemetics.....guess those just are datas.

No you're wrong. SN and N are things totally differents. SN has a ph higher than pentobarbital. I do not know about SN.
Antiemetics for N is to avoid throw up. That is wrote since 1980 in the final exit. Usually is for elderly people, they take a lot of pills and meds.
Any person who is taking some prescriptions, take something to stomach.
