Lack of sleep

For a few years I've been getting three hours of sleep per night and it's killing me. I had a severe reaction to dangerous meds and ever since my sleep has been just screwed. I need to find the energy to focus on ctb, I have sn but I'm concerned it has turned bad since it has gotten hard, it would take quite awhile to order more, anyone think it's worth a try taking it?

I had to keep it in the basement away from heat, basement is damp but it's in a sip lock bag and in a bottle . How does one know if it's no good?
