Help Ketamine and plastic bag method

I have read of a young man who CTB with ketamine and a plastic bag and am considering that method or ketamine in a bathtub.

It seems like an easy method to do at home. I just don't know how big the plastic bag, do I duct tape round my throat, how quickly does the ketamine start to work so that I won't be conscious of suffocation.
