Keeping an audio diary

I've finally decided to start keeping an audio diary, maybe with a few videos of my face too.
Before I attempted on wednesday, I recorded a 10 minute video explaining what I was going to do and why and honestly it seemed like a really good alternative to a suicide note. A few people have recommended an audio diary to me personally but now I'm committing.
I've just been recording videos with a black screen rambling lmao.

I was wondering if anybody else keeps one and what your experiences have been with it?

I have a whole collection of audio diaries, I've even rambled on for close to an hour before. I also record with just a black screen.
