Thats a long time. Could be done that's hard to get over.
If you accept and tell them the door is open and move on with your life, very high likelihood they return if they see you happy and moving on. But you should be doing that anyways

That's awful to go through, so sorry. Maybe she needs a bit of time & space. You did a lovely thing with sending flowers. I'm in the UK and don't hate trans guys. Society is just messed up & cruel so try to ignore the haters who lack understanding. They're not worth your time.

You're going through an incredibly tough time & it probably feels like your world has fallen apart because the one you love has walked away. But hang in there. The world moves in mysterious ways & someone will walk into your life to sweep you off your feet when you're not expecting it. There is someone out there who will love you for being you.

This is a fresh wound. Judging from my experience, it will likely get better over time, but it may not heal completely. Sadly, the pain cannot be removed, you will feel bad for some time. I agree with wham311. I think it's better to give her some space. Do not follow her on social networks, as it would only prolong the pain. This isn't about erasing her, but you don't want to give yourself a constant reminder of the pain. Let her come back if she wishes.
