Just took Tagamet

So I just took 400mg of Tagamet not too long ago. I didn't necessarily plan to leave today but I feel what a better time than right now? I've already taken my meto and pain meds. Honestly I'm tired. I have no hope that things will change or even stay changed. Life is nothing but an endless cycle of ups and downs. Ebbs and flows. And it doesn't get easier at least not in my opinion. I'm nervous about taking the SN. I've already prepared it. I would be lying if I said I'm not having apprehension. But of course that's SI for you. I'll update on my next move.

EDIT:Gonna take 400 more mg. Kinda worried it may not be enough.
