I'm glad you found it favourable though and it certainly does seem to work for many. Looks like all anti emetics come with a level of risk for some uncomfortable side effects. Domperidone apparently has potential heart complications in the side effects. How often they manifest I don't know.

I take a lot of anti-emetics daily because of my illness and I didn't knew about it.
I only know about the side effects on the LONG TERM of using anti-emetics, which is parkinson, depression and a bunch of complicated shits on the brain, which scares me the fuck out, but I have no choice.

Seems like so many more posts of purchases than when I first joined the forum.

There are some pics floating around the forum of A's bottles and they're oddly similar to D's bottles. I mean even the details that aren't publicly described in detail on the forum. It's quite unusual and seems to link them somehow. But yeah, D sends the real stuff I'm sure. There's no incentive to send anything else. It would be easier to send nothing than fill, seal and ship something that isn't legitimate. I guess if there was a different product in the same bottle then maybe but it would have been highlighted already as people test for barbiturates.

There used to be another more concentrated solution available known as Dolethal. It was pinkish red in colour and only needed 50ml solution to ctb. There were a couple of bottles floating around for sale at a high mark up. They were bought from A when he was selling them apparently. I know somebody bought one and then the person selling the last bottle I was aware of went awol unfortunately. The price was double that of 2 bottlws from D at least. In fact it was nearer 3x the price of two bottles from D if you live in the US. Honestly, at the time it was on offer I wasn't keen to spend that price on it. Particularly as it was out of date. But now I do kind of wish I'd just gone for it.

I wouldn't worry about the similarity in appearance. The PPH shows a whole bunch of different brands and they all look the same, except for the cap color.

Thanks for these. I only knew about @xLosthopex. We also have one or two active people letting us know their planned dates. A lot of times you just assume when they don't come back.

He could scam us but there's no longevity in it. If it were just one man (D) selling it I would expect to eventually see an exit scam but I suspect its a more organised set up involving a few people. Most likely cartel but could be something else. Who knows for sure. I'm not sure how helpful speculation on these things is really so I think I'll refrain now. Already feel like maybe I said too much. It's all conjecture for what it's worth. I actually know nothing about D or the operation he/she runs.

You'll find many accounts of this method on the forum. As you've only just joined you'll need to interact a bit to get the private message and search features opened up but you can search the forums manually by looking through the relevant boards. Look for the peaceful pill handbook. Abreviated the PPH or PPeH. Seems you already picked up on what meto is. Metoclopramide just in case. It is in fact a boots n braces thing but not one to be passed up lightly. Or used lightly in fact, as there are some significant potential side effects which, though there are many accounts of is apparently fairly rare. Research is key as always. Personally I'm a little torn but nobody wants to vomit whilst unconcious and potentially fail miserably or drown on said vomit. I should add that as far as I'm aware there haven't been any publicly recorded acounts of drowning on vomit in the use of N with or without meto but there have been a couple of threads/accounts of members making somewhat messy attempts and vomiting. There were multiple contributing factors though. In fact I think one actually did use meto. You'll find these failed accounts on the boards eventually. There's a little controversy surrounding them as some get annoyed that they may indicate something more than they actually do when looked at objectively. Plus there is a lot of talk surrounding peoples apprehensions and fears of failure which gets up a few peoples noses as it a common topic the runs through the forum almost like clockwork. I haven't yet reached annoyance at the site of them. The big thing with vetinary N that's used here is the volume (200ml usually) and the sheer horrible bitterness of it mixed with the other preservatives and what not. 200ml of liquid isn't all that much ans the taste is relatively subjective but mostly the consensus is YUK!

I will add one thing about meto that is relevant and sometimes slightly overlooked and that's that it speeds gasteic transit which is beneficial for people on opioid meds or those suffering digestive issues. This I think is quite worthy of extra consideration in anyone falling under those categories. The guidelines for assisted euthenasia in the organisation linked below mention this and say that foe some it's not a suitable method and that's using their solution made more specifically for human consumption. The ingredients for which are also contained in the document.

There's only one form of N available reliably right now and it's sourced via email from someone using the D as their contact name. The N available is vetinary N and the price is dependent on where you live and are having it shipped to. It's not cheap. Quite pricey but worth in many peoples opinion.
You'll find the email address for D in the ppeh linked above by BrokenBliss. Have a good read through that. The Nembutal section will have a lot of answers for you. I will say that the info in the PPH is somewhat dated in areas and it gets updated/esited regularly now. There's a subscription model now. I suspect mainly to incentivise people to pay for a legitimate access. But there are relevant changes added from time to time. I guess what I'm driving at is that it's a good souece of info but don't use it exclusively as there's other useful and more specific info on the forums too. Good starting point though.

Oh and try to verify the email address you find for D with someone you trust as there have been scam email addresses edited into some copies of the PPH. I'm pretty confident the one linked by BrokenBliss contains the legitimate address but that's not to say it couldn't be breifly edited by anyone with access to the upload/hosted file. This has happened in the past.

What you could take from discussion on this page is that some are concerned with meto's side effects and hesitant to take it. It is largely presented that vomiting is not a likelihood with N, but meto is just an extra effort to prevent it -- just in case. Assisted suicide org's will use it because they can. For us, it tends to be a matter of having to figure out how to acquire it.

I might recommend that you spend some time researching on this site because there is a boatload of info on here that answers all your questions. (Not trying to discourage you from asking them; just trying to encourage people to make a little effort.) Please look under the Suicide Discussion section on the home page.
