Suicide has been a coping mechanism for a long time but I feel like this might really happen now. It feels real.

You've summed up what I could never find the thoughts for. Suicide is the ultimate coping method for me. But now I've found SS and a decent method it's all real. I don't know how to feel about it. Relieved?
