I would probably end up as a vegetable when I fail my methods so just in case it does happen, is there any way for me to give permission to anyone to just end it or pull the plug for me? Like would writing a letter with my signature and all work? I'm scared that if I ever attempt and somehow still comically fail, I'll end up still being alive but just couldn't move anymore and that's hell.

In some countries, it´s possible to prohibit life-saving treatments in the living will even in the event of a failed suicide attempt.
You have to check what the legal situation is in your country.

This sentence is important: This living will also applies in the event of a failed suicide attempt.

You would need to formalise it properly and have it signed by witnesses. It's called a living will and you can find templates online. I have one. The problem is that emergency services generally ignore them and will go ahead with lifesaving measures anyway.
Suggest you ensure you have the document on your person at the time.
