just how important is AE?

hey guys. my SN is coming tomorrow and i've prepared almost everything, i have an antacid and ibuprofen and i'm going to be doing a 48 hour fast, i'll be sharing my regime with you guys soon! the only problem is that i might not be able to get any meto which was my choice of AE, if i'm not able to get any meto will i still succeed..? i've seen cases where people who followed the protocol and used an AE still end up vomiting so i'm really questioning how necessary an AE is..any replies would be appreciated, just a confused girl :p

Some managed to get through without AE, but the risk of failure is apparently higher

I'm no expert
And this really stresses me out
I want my next attempt to be my final
I think it really is getting close as possible to getting the right amount for your weight
SN has been taking by many and they died
This site can't possibly record every single attempt
Just like any attempt it's a risk
But in my opinion and remember I'm not smart
But I don't think it increases your chances of dying
I think it's a 50 50
Everyone is different
I hope we all succeed though

Don't skip on the AEs. If you can't find meto look for one of other lists.

From what I've read, AEs are really important if you don't wanna fail. Yeah, some people CTB without them. But it's all about securing your death and maximizing your chances. It's up to you!
