Just had my last therapy appointment

I cried today as I walked out of the office, knowing it was the last time I'll see my therapist. He's a really sweet older guy, picture Santa if he went to a good barber. Same disposition, I swear. Most of his experience seems to be working with kids and I think he would have been really helpful for me if I was 9. Unfortunately I'm nearly 30 and am beyond the help of talk therapy, I still enjoyed our chats and filling up my hour time slot with him. I feel bad that he might feel blame when he finds out I ctb. I plan on being gone by this time next week. Sorry, Mr. T.

I relate to this so hard. I'm coming to the end of my therapy and at this point I'm only going cos it's nice to talk to someone about how I feel.

I do feel guilty about how she'll feel when she finds out. My time is coming and I hope she knows she's an amazing therapist, I just feel too gone
