Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Did you not receive an order? If it was an escrow transaction you should be able to dispute it on the marketplace. Depending on the resolution you may get a full or partial refund, or an agreement to reship if it got lost in transit.
I emailed the email on the marketplace. they do have an escrow but the email told me to send them litecoin. After I send money they disappeared. what has been your experience? successful?

Yes: I've been using DNMs since the original Silk Road in 2011. I've mostly had good experiences, only a couple of no shows out of dozens if not hundreds of orders.
I'm sorry to hear things went south for you. Unfortunately there's a good reason the guides and market rules always say to stick to on-market transactions and to always use escrow when available (I tend to avoid vendors that are "finalize early" or FE only). Asking for direct payment off the market is a big red flag.
