Could've been Tinnitus. It doesn't seen to be common though but we can't say for sure.is the ringing in the ears normal? It feels like he was in pain :(
It is quite deafining, you start to get tunnel vision and the ringing starts, but its more of an anxiety inducer than anything that hurts in my experienceI've heard others who took sn mention ears ringing. Whenever I've felt faint and near to passing out, I've had it too, so it's not surprising to me that one may experience it with sn.
I have tinnitus now, so ears ringing is sadly normal for me nowadays.
seems like op, judging by their difficulty to type in their last message, was probably very close to passing out.I've heard others who took sn mention ears ringing. Whenever I've felt faint and near to passing out, I've had it too, so it's not surprising to me that one may experience it with sn.

And it took op 10 mins from when the post went up till their last message so it follows in terms of time and when the symptoms occur.
