would it be possible to die by partial hanging and still be an organ donor?
i mean, technically partial hanging results in brain death and that should leave your other organs functional
if someone were to do it on a bathtub with cold water and maybe lots of ice and found not terribly long after, could your organs still be useful to anyone else?
just a lingering thought...
