Hypothetically if someone were to find a person trying to drown themselves in a river at a public park, what would happen? Say they were midway but not completely submerged yet.
Would like to know more about what would happen after failed CTB attempts in general and when someone interrupts :]

Unless you can somehow talk the person who finds you out if it, 911 or that country's equivalent would be called, police & ambulance would arrive, next stop: the hospital if necessary or just straight to the psych ward.
