Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I ordered a new 12mm rope online, and it just arrived. I've tried test-hanging myself before, but I used some crappy, stretchy 3-5mm rope, and it didn't really had any black-out effect. Today, I tested this new 12mm polyester rope: as soon as I applied tension, I immediately felt like I was about to pass out. I've tried it a few times, and it seems to work every time. There's no complicated setup: I just tie a noose knot, tighten the rope around my neck, hold it above my head, and start to lower myself slightly; within two seconds, I had that same feeling, like when you suddenly get up off a couch. It's actually kind of inspiring. But there's a downside: it was difficult to tighten the rope around my neck properly, at one point I felt pain in my neck bones, i guess the rope was putting too much pressure on them or something.
