I’ve decided, I can’t jump. I’ll never have the courage. I’m going to go with hanging in the woods, but suspended. Thoughts?

I know it'll be painful, but it shouldn't last for more than 5 minutes according to most sources. And it guarantees death if nobody finds you in time to save you.

I have picked out some secluded spots deep in the woods on the mountain that I originally planned to jump from. Nobody will find me in those spots so I can enact my plan in peace.

If possible I'm gonna try and constrict my carotid arteries before I let go though. Will that work? Or does it only work with partial hanging?

If so I could try to do partial hanging in the woods which would give me access to higher up hanging points and would allow for better positioning that would prevent me from saving myself when I'm unconscious.

It's more of a panic thing
