Venting I've been trying for so long now

Though only recently have I been at it every night I've been trying to kill myself over an over
My ex is ruining my life I felt with so much of their abuse and now it feels like everyone is out for me because they're dating who used to me one of my friends and fuck
Okay now I'm gonna ask
I've tried night night n shit but it never worked for me, I ended up with popped blood vessels on my face (is that normal?) does anyone have any suggestions for like deaths that could be done with common household items? Thank you

I really wish there's a straightforward way to just die in peace, I find it so cruel how it's so unnecessarily difficult to die. But anyway I hope that you eventually find freedom from your suffering.
