IV infusion with Thiopental

I would like to know if IV infusion of thiopental would work?
How would one go by it? As in what type of iv or the fluid inside would be ideal to use?
Then do you just inject the thiopental injection powder mixed with water in the IV?
Afterwards is it just as simple as opening the IV flow controller as in the wheels all the way?

I personally don't have much or any experience as to where the needle goes or where it should go incase of Thiopental administration for said purposes.
Would it be possible to a clinic or an experienced pharmacist and ask to have a canula placed? They'll probably ask why? What could be an acceptable reason?

Which veins? which iv fluid to use? Saline or something else? How much of the fluid should be there or how much is too much? Should I use Thiopental only or Thiopental and phenytoin sodium both? I have phenytoin sodium pills, would it work if I crush the pills and mix them with water and inject into the IV? If yes, how much water to be mixed with how many grams of phenytoin sodium?
Sorry I know too many questions but I'm just trying to make sure it works.

Sorry but I don't know the answer to most of your questions but the vein in the crook of your elbow is a good one, or in you hand maybe, just choose one that's biggest and most visible. Use enough saline solution to dissolve the powder, the amount isn't important since it'll all end up in you anyway. Hope that helps a bit
