I'm so fucking sick right now like my throat is genuinely about to close up. Swallowing my spit is so fucking painful. I've been fasting for some days because it genuinely hurts so much to eat. I also am so tired and no matter how much I rest I still am. I have to be locked in for my final exams that are in the next two weeks but I genuinely can't. My ears are also fucking hurting and my fucking face. I don't know wtf is going on fr. I don't even know how to end it I can't. This is embarrassing to post but I genuinely don't know what else to do so whatever
