Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I think it's required to delude yourself to cope with existing, otherwise there isn't any way to feel content in this world. It's not just some people are evil, since almost everyone strongly believes in an extreme and harmful ideology (natalism) and is anti-suicide, so effectively they are pro-torture. The fact that life is full of suffering is itself an abomination and no one can be expected to bear that knowledge without deluding themselves. It's no wonder that so many people turn to religion to blind themselves from the obvious truths of this world. How do you cope with living in a world that is so egregiously evil, without accepting a morally corrupt world view?

I live in a bubble. From a young age, I became obsessed with art which swallows up vast amounts of time. That has just about translated into a career, where I just spend most of my time working, while having stuff on in the background for distraction. So, it's basically being irresponsible. Not even being that aware of the world. Just staying in my own lane, trying to survive.

I suppose also, trying to make decisions that are less negatively impactful- eg. going vegetarian.

I do wonder though- how people cope generally. The greater puzzle for me is why people choose to bring children into this. That truly does seem like a suspension of reality seeing as most parents seem to whinge about how difficult and unfair life is. So- they do seem to see it and yet, they seem simultaneously ok with bringing their defenceless offspring into it. That puzzles me.

Respectfully self awareness and intelligence is a curse. You're so intuitive but you can't help yourself and what good is intelligence without the narcissistic need to fill the void? What is your intelligence going to get you? Some sort of chemical exchange whether it be internal or external that will validate your ego and give you a couple hits of dopamine?

So to answer your question from my experience...
You have to be pretty delusional to be happy.
Some people manage to be happy with live choices such as being vegan, but for someone who knows how many small critters are killed by a single harvester (a type of equipment) just to harvest plants, I can't buy into a pseudo moral crusade to self validate. So, really... What are we supposed to be filled by? And honestly, I think the most logical thing to do is to push back the existential crisis from happening one dopamine rush at a time. Because I do not think there is a solution outside of simply consuming whatever your McGuffin might be in the moment. As Consuming is part of the cycle of life, maybe that's all we can do. And maybe consuming placebos is the only thing that can guarantee happiness outside of a devine experience or something that completely breaks down the walls of your way of thinking.

I am thinking that the only way to achieve this is to delude yourself without affecting your moral belief. The only way is to not think about injustice more than the bare minimum needed to acknowledge its existence. Is that right?
