thank u for sharing your thoughts. i'm so sorry for myself too, i've been depressed for a very long time but my birthday was always the one day of the year i felt okay. i feel absolutely nothing right now. it's like i'm shutting down slowly. i'll try to make the most of what's left of my existence though.
