Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

For quite some time my birthday has been a difficult time of year for me. I was sectioned on my 20th birthday and you never forget something like that. It's been 5 years and it still haunts me. All the memories come back and I hate it. I just feel so sad about everything that's happened. I wish I could be one of those people that loved this day but I don't. I know it's just 24 hours to get through and it's over with till next year. I just wish I wasn't still here. I think that's the largest reason for my sadness today. I'm reminded that I'm still here and getting older. It doesn't feel like something to celebrate. I almost went and spoke to my mum about how I was feeling but I couldn't. I don't want anyone to worry about losing me. It's just 24 hours.

It sounds like your memories have ruined this date for you. I can't comment on anything as I don't know the details of your experience, however I view you as strong for attempting to reach out about it, both here online and almost to your mother. Regardless of how you view this life and what you plan to do with it, I still want to wish you a happy birthday. Not to make you angry or sad, but to reaffirm your strength.

The guilt that someone accumulates for years of their personal thoughts and actions, being told to others can make the brain so pre-anxious, that just like you said, you couldn't bring yourself to say how you where feeling, neither did I, in my lesser years than yours of life.
May good memories be remembered, best regards.
