havent posted any updates in months. would love to say that life had gotten better, but in reality, shit just piled up and i had no choice other than turn my attention to it. while being busy does help to ignore the thoughts, they dont actually go away.
my mom set me up with a therapist, but i dont think neither she nor the therapist herself understand my issue. maybe its because i am not open about it. maybe its because i dont tell anyone.
well, i am still trying to get better. i should get better.

It takes time to build a rapport with a therapist... and sometimes you don't "click" ... after a while if you're not getting the trust vibe with them, you should switch to a different one.

When you do get comfortable talking with one, it'll be easier to be more honest and open.

That's a really good feeling. The therapist I had for two years was great and it felt like talking with a friend. I looked forward to our meetings and it helped a lot.
