That's me today. I had one piece of shit day. Sitting at the kitchen table as the sun poured in. I ate one can of soup,from the can. One diet coke.
Spent the day reading SS,thinking about shit, weighing ctb,reading about others problems. I just sat here all day marinating in unhappiness. A worthless day,now coming to a close. I have so much I need to do but I fucked off!
Back to work tomorrow.

I had a similar day today. Just couldn't do anything and now I'm behind with stuff. I feel for you it's not easy. Maybe all of us on here who have days like that should agree not to be too harsh on our selves. Draw a line under neath that day and move on tomorrow. Sorry you lost your day off like that. Basically every one spends time doing nothing. It all doesn't matter anyway. Whether you sat there all day or accomplished a massive task. In the end it means nothing anyway. Sad but true.

I have found myself doing the same thing recently. Once I get up, all I do is lay around on my phone looking through this forum and switching to different social media accounts to see if anyone cares enough to write to me. They don't.

I do this until my wife gets home and then I watch TV with her until she goes to sleep, and then I get back on my phone until I fall asleep. Wash, rinse, repeat.

And at the same time I think we all realize that life itself is a miracle but we don't have the energy or motivation or inspiration to participate in what's out there which makes it even more frustrating- makes us feel even more guilt ridden and pathetic.
