Venting Isolated

Everyday, for 4 years I have always been isolated with my own thoughts and never reached out to someone. I don't know how to cope with it, I feel like if I talked about my problems to my family that would brush it off as a minor inconvience, my friends (online and irl) would probably think its attention seeking. I feel like if I did talk about how I felt about myself it would make things worse for myself. I dont know anymore, I just needed to get this off my chest.
