Is using Aluminium phosphide for CTB a painful idea ?

SN is very hard to get in my country and also I am feeling completely hopeless. I was badly abused by my parents My mother also took my SN.I am very depressed for about 2 months. Through, I have been thinking about suicide since at least 10 years. My life had been horrible. A lot of abuse by family.Even waking up and getting out of the bed is a real challenge to me. I really want to CTB as soon as possible. So, should I use aluminum phosphide?


I have seen in news over the years that people use Aluminium phosphide to kill themselves a lot in my country and it's available readily in my country.

So, using it to CTB is a good idea or not given that I want the method to be as less painful as possible? I do not want the method to be painful at all. So, is aluminum phosphide a good method?

I'm by far not an expert on this, so maybe there is a way to do it avoiding all the pain and risk. But it sounds like a very painful method and if you survive you might end up with damaged heart, which would really suck.

I personally think that either jumping from at least twelveth floor or hanging might be the way to go. If you compare hanging to SN, hanging gives you 10/10 pain, but only for like 20 seconds max, SN gives you like 8/10 pain but it can last for many minutes.
