Is this SN lethal enough?

I found a legit website selling SN claiming to be For Lab Reagent use. Would this be at least 95% pure? Even comes with ISO certification. Sorry I'm blocking some address details as I think it might violate the rules.
This is probably high percentage but there is no way of knowing for sure unless you have a certificate of analysis for specific batch
The compliance certificate attached is unrelated to chemical purity
I read somewhere that SN for lab reagents are typically at least 97% pure. Do you know if there's a way to test the actual purity? I don't have access to lab equipment. Just aqua test strips
It was mentioned >95% on the sides if I remember. I haven't known anyone using this brand, but I have this one. I haven't it opened it. But I can tell it's clumped like SN from the sound it does when I shake it. I trust the brand from my research they are probably one of the best from here
