I need to CTB.

I have:
Lorazepam 1mg x 10 (10mg)
Oxynorm 10mg x 4 (40mg)
Diphenhydramine (Nytol) 50mg x 55 (2750mg)
Promethazine (?Benadryl) 25mg x 79 (1975mg)

Ondansetron 2mg x 10 (20mg)
Famoutadine

if I crush these and take all of then in one go, how successful as I likely to be please? I can't afford to fail. Getting hold of SN in my country is currently almost impossible I have read.

I also have Solpadine Max (12.5mg codeine + 500mg acetaminophen/paracetamol) about 50 tablets, would those be a useful addition?

Overdose is an incredibly hard thing to do because medication is coated in a substance that makes you sick to your stomach if you take too many. I recommend an addition of stomach medication that eases nausea like zofran or metaclopramide. Your issue is throwing up. And pills are incredibly nasty when crushed.

I don't know if all that will kill you, but if you are truly desperate you can try again if you fail. I'm sorry you feel this way and I wish you the best.

Thanks for replying to me :)

All of the tablets I have are instant release (IR) and dissolve easily in water so they don't seem to have a coating of another substance.

Ondansetron is the generic name for Zofran, sorry I forgot to explain that in my original post.

I have failed in the past (different drugs to the ones I listed above), and it is so stressful and makes life more complicated (Hospital admissions, restrictions on what meds my doctor will prescribe me, trauma, self hatred) which is why I am so scared of failing. Also I am so desperate and need to CTB already.

I have a feeding tube so I won't have to swallow the crushed tablets as I can put them down my feeding tube, does this mean it's more likely to work?

I cannot tell you with solid proof that this will work as I am not familiar with the drugs. But the feeding tube is an interesting aspect and I actually have one too. It sucks so bad and I'm sorry you have that. I have one because I have extremely bad gastroparesis. Any stomach condition is going to complicate things but you won't have to worry about the taste with a feeding tube.

I wonder if someone else has more knowledge on this. Is there any chance you can get a stronger anti nausea such as metoclopramide/reglan?

Hi.

Don't do it.
At best your going to sleep for a long time and wake to be really ill.

The Paracetamol is going to be a problem because you say you have Solpadine Max (12.5mg codeine + 500mg. Codeine is fine on its own. But Paracetamol which equates to 25.000 Mg of Paracetamol.

Thanks. I'm sorry to hear you also have a feeding tube, you're right, it sucks so bad. I have intestinal failure and gastroparesis.

metoclopramide is prescription only here and I don't think my doctor will prescribe it as I am already on 2 antisickness medications.

thanks for sharing your thoughts

This is very unlikely to work. In fact, I would say it's about 99% odds that's it will not work. I'm sorry. Best look at the resources section and read about overdoses. They are highly unreliable and almost never fatal for how often they are attempted. The ones that are fatal typically are long, drawn out, painful, and not a peaceful drifting off to sleep type death. It's more a screaming in agony in a hospital while in multiple organ failure kind of death. Also most of the drugs you have mentioned have specific antidotes to reverse them or they wouldn't even kill you regardless of how much you took with decreases your odds more. If you search for overdoses here you will see failed attempt after failed attempt.

Ok. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and knowledge. I appreciate it.

Can anyone direct me to a reliable source of SN please? In the UK.
