i'm 29 yo female and i'm 152 cm and 56 kg
will this be good for hanging?
i'm tired of my life, i'm always alone, my family doesn't care about me and make me feel like i'm a burden to them
i don't have the mind to think that things will be better because i'm still at university and i have serious problems with studying because of my thricotillomania
my mom is always at home but i need to do it anyway, please help me, maybe i don't need this thing for hang myself
maybe a foulard is okay with the window handle?

Sorry to hear about what you're going thru!

I would personally advise against using anything that is attachable or detachable because it can lead to a failure. The pictured thing looks like it would fail almost certainly.
Foulard is not ideal for your method - it will apply pressure over a larger area and probably slow down the progress.

Let's just say that if I were to use this method, I would use a rope of some kind that is about 2 cm in diameter, that is attached to a stable anchor point which I would test by pulling myself up the rope a few times and shifting my weight.

i live in apartment and i only think i can hang near the doors or window handle
i can buy a rope i think, and my neck is very small but i have a lot of fat near the chin so i have double chin 🥲
will it be good 2 cm of diameter?

A window handle would be a bit uncertain. After all, if you're going to use this method you want to ensure that you will succeed, failing the attempt could leave you with permanent damage.

Thickness of the rope directly affects the force it applies where necessary - too thick and it probably extends the duration, too thin and it will be more than likely painful/uncomfortable but quicker.

I am not very knowledgeable about the method itself, just the physics behind it. With that being said, I think that feeling like your head is going to explode or something along those lines would be something you'd probably feel while actually going thru with it anyways.

So, just to reiterate: make sure you have a good anchor point and appropriate rope if you actually want to go thru with it and don't rush it.

Two centimeters is too thick. A 10 - 12 mm rope will be fine (you are small-bodied like me). For our body type I wouldn't consider using a rope thicker than that. Remember that the rope must penetrate and compress the neck to properly block the carotid arteries.

You can purchase a static braided rope made of polyester or polypropylene. These are strong synthetic materials with a smooth surface that helps the ligature knot slide more easily.

Making an attempt if someone else is at home is risky. It would be better if you were alone.

📌 Brief summary of some points in the Hanging method.
