Taking a substantial amount of sleeping pills + benzos (respiratory depression) and slipping into a noose or cord hanging myself to sleep?

Would it be overkill or surety adding something to prevent me from getting oxygen? Or cuffing my hands behind my back??

I was thinking just enough pills to put me in a deep sleep and let the oxygen deprivation takes its toll. Or am I a total idiot?
