• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Any idea. I am tired trying to die. I am still waiting if one day sn arrives and i am dead. But since I am alive, it makes me worried that i waste to much time doing nothing.

First, you probably want to look in the Recovery section instead of the suicide part of the site.

In general though, yes depressed people maybe do not necessarily overcome their depression but learn to live with it and do things that make their depression more manageable. These include things like medication, lifestyle changes, and having a good social support circle. Also a therapist that can help guide you through the changes you need to make and give you feedback on better way to handle things.

It is a lot of hard work and unfortunately there is no one-size-fits-all single step cure to depression.

I wish I knew. Even when I can make myself do things it all ends up feeling like a waste of effort. Medication and therapy haven't been working, but I'll keep trying until there's nothing left to try even though I want to quit all the time. The fight is just as exhausting as the depression itself. I know this disease will probably kill me, but I'm not going to stop fighting until it does. I don't know any other way to live at this point.
