What I have looked up, you can. You can also get it as a prescription which is how I got it.

i am currently waiting for my turn on some online doctor app we got in Sweden, not sure if i want to get some adhd meds for functioning better or antidepressants

Antihistamines might help you fall asleep. You build up tolerance quickly though so can't take it too often
