hi. I have multiple mental disorder and noises and sounds trigger me and made my live hell.

I have this problem for years and before used an sponge earplug that The sponge has shaped my ears over the years. I've lost this earplug and try another one ,but it dosnt ban noises .

I have no problem about become deaf at last moments of my life. i want peace before ctb.

Don't do it. There is a chance you will develop a tinnitus. Try bigger earplugs.
