Is there an easy way to get cancer?

I know I can smoke or just generally be unhealthy, but does anyone have better suggestions?

Googling how to not get cancer isn't that helpful. I also don't have access to alcohol.

There isn't an easy way unless you expose yourself to radiation for prolonged periods. That's the easiest way I can think of, and even then it's still going to be years before it kills you. Cancer sounds like a horrible way to die.

It'd depend on the type of cancer you wanted to induce, genetic disposition etc. It'd potentially take a long time to develop. Even if you ate a lump of asbestos everyday.

Not a good way to go.

No, there isn't.

Certainly, there are choices you can make that give you a higher likelihood of development but it's all chance. No guarantees.

It mostly comes down to genetics.

if you want to use this as a method i think it's very unreliable, risky, and painful. cancer has many terrible side effects which can last from months to years and cancer isn't lethal in many cases. don't recommend it at all

Unless you work in a cancer research lab, you're unlikely to come across anything that is guaranteed to cause cancer. Genetic factors play a huge role in the development of cancer. For example: most people with lung cancer were smokers, but that's still a small percentage of smokers. Many never develop cancer at any point in their lives

I've considered cancer as a motivator to overcome SI. I've been smoking for over 40 years and cancer hasn't appeared yet. With my "willingness" to live, it would be a powerful booster.

I'm sorry to hear that. That's how I lost my dad too. It was a very slow and painful death.

I have skin cancer along with post-acute withdrawal syndrome and there are others in my family that have worse forms of cancer. Trust me, this not the way you want to go. I won't even qualify for VAD in Switzerland nor MAID in Canada unless it's an aggressive form of skin cancer and meeting the 'suffering' threshold.

It's not horrible in my opinion because you'll probably get medicare, lots of pills to feel good before actually dying
