Is there a way to not see posts from a user?

I love this website and respect its rules, but I'm having a problem with "noname223's" posts. I find them all to be incredibly offensive and distressing. I wish I could block them out with sheer force of will but alas I continue to see his AI posts on the daily. I'm not suggesting he be de-platformed or silenced and I don't want to offend anyone. All I want is to never see anything he posts or even his username. But I don't want to have to leave the site entirely.

The dystopian surveillance state that AI companies are creating is the primary reason why I choose to die. The world AI is creating isn't worth living in. Hell its likely not even going to be possible to survive at all if things continue on as they are.

Any suggestions other than just leaving?

I am fine when you block me. I can understand where you are coming from. I think there are ways to circumvent my posts. And I am glad I don't make you quit the forum. No one should be forced to read my posts.

So, do you think they are using AI chatbots to create discussion topics for threads? Or they are just an AI account? They registered in 2020, so it would be unlikely that they are AI. What did they write that was offensive?

I post a lot about my AI usage. And I might persuade others to use it by the way I describe it. I might glorify AI chatbots at least this is my reading of this post.

No I don't think he is AI. He is just on here espousing the "virtues" of AI every single day. Any support of use of AI should highly offensive to any human being. I'm surprised you had to ask what was offensive. It's all of it. The degradation of our human dignity. The destruction of our communities and our environment for the sole purpose of enriching a few billionaires, Data centers are not factories. They produce nothing of value in exchange for millions of gallons of clean water per day per center. Regardless of if they are "closed loop" or not. All AI is is a way for a few rich guys to convert our clean air, water and electricity into cash. They are more like open pit mines extracting all the wealth from a location while paying little to no taxes and providing no jobs. We are on the brink as a civilization. So little water remains and noname223 and his cohort want to drain it all.
