Is there a general time window for SN death?

Most of the guides mention 40mins ,but after going through the forum I've read about people surviving after being found in 4-5 hours .
I'm not sure how long I would have after taking it before being discovered even if I booked a hotel room or something.
So any help will be appreciated.

If you took the right amount and followed the guide, you can't be resuscitated after 4/5 hours.
