Trying to die

I've just asked for an antiemetic and they gave me Metoclopramide. How hard is it for you to get that?I mean antiemetic :-)
So you got it without a prescription I guess in your country :-) I need a prescription from a doctor... I'm just wondering if it is not very strange to ask for a very exact med. Don't know at the moment if it is easy, I have to try, if I firstly can get SN...I've just asked for an antiemetic and they gave me Metoclopramide. How hard is it for you to get that?
It would be better to keep my head down, looking the floor, to make my neck hold my weight. But from what I remember is that my neck was holding part of my weight and I think that's what did the trick to close the carotid arteries - there was sufficient weight/gravity in the noose.
That's the thing, many people have hanged themselves with anything they can find, from sheets to shoelaces. I think Kate Spade hanged herself with a scarf.
Your English is fine. Yes, you can easily regain consciousness. When I start fainting my survival instinct kicks in and then I stand up and regain consciousness. When I regain consciousness I feel confused and it takes me a moment to realise where I am.It would be better to keep my head down, looking the floor, to make my neck hold my weight.
I'm afraid if I lose consciousness, my neck position change and then I would regain consciousness
(sorry for bad english)
I'm trying Partial Suspension Hanging, but the "quick unconsciousness" never came I have tried this several times for over a week. I starting to think that I can't just die by myself.
i tried partial a few times and nothing ever happened i was there for literally a half hour and it was just extremely uncomfortable
You guys did it wrongly I guess, for partial I've tried before and that feeling is real. But it's hard to find the CORRECT spot. I've tried changing position of rope around my neck for almost an hour trying to find that feeling of passing out within sec, and among those 60 min, I only succeed 1 time and I regret for chickening out. The feeling is like you are instantly feeling weak, and your eyes is like almost closing. Right after the feeling came I chickened out and when I redo, the feeling never came back except suffocatingI tried it too and it never came. We're probably doing something wrong.

It is scary yes. One day you might faint so quickly that you'll go unconscious and die. This can happen even when you're practicing, so be sure it's what you want when you do it. Sorry you're at this point in your life where you're practicing to kill yourself. :(im trying to imitate position 3
I can't let all my weight.... haha so scary
Do you get tingling in your legs? The one time I tried I felt tingling in my limbs. You guys did it wrongly I guess, for partial I've tried before and that feeling is real. I tried that as well, not to the degree of actually allowing it to completion, but to see if it was a viable method..my eyes felt like they were going to pop out of my skull.I'm trying Partial Suspension Hanging, but the "quick unconsciousness" never came I have tried this several times for over a week. I'm afraid of using something like a necktie for fear of it snapping midway through the process while unconscious. Are you applying enough pressure ?
There is something confusing with the method explained on the hanging megathread. The post says to kneel down and push down with your head, but the pictures specifically depict a person with only its feet touching the ground, not its knees.
I think this is the correct way to do it. The loop of your ligature should be high enough for your knees to be bent in the air, and not touch the ground.
When I hanged myself my noose was quite high (about 1m30), and when I let myself hang my knees were not touching the ground (they were resting lightly on cushions but I don't think it impacted the total weight a lot). That's probably why my necktie snapped, because there was too much weight.
In my case I passed out in no more than 3 seconds, and without any prior warning, which was kind of scary. This is because I may have a condition called Carotid Sinus Hypersensitivity. (Spitfire explained this to me in my thread). Please be careful if your carotids are sensitive like mine because you may go unconscious while testing your set-up...
I wish you the best of luck, please be safe.
