• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I can't tell you the answer, but there are things u can do to improve your quality of life, if that's what u want
For some, there is NOTHING that one can do to improve.... not when you are physically ill and miserable 24/7.

Im not talking about anything that involves physical activity, any relaxation technique for instance, listening to music. I'm sorry it's struggle, I'm virtually a potato in the head, so I get it.

@suffering_mo_7 I think @Hotsackage was just trying to help.

As for my opinion, if anyone cares: there are various ways in which one may or may not improve their quality of life, the only one that I found that works to some extent is compassion.
