Is SN still a viable method for those in the US?

So I live in the US, and have been devastated since failing partial, desperately need a different method. Are there still any reliable sources for SN out there? Or are they all just too risky with people winding up with wellness checks etc? Any PM's with advice on this would mean more than you know.
