Is SN so painful to call emergency before death

This guy was the only survivor out of a 3-man suicide pact because he couldn't take the pain and called the ambulance. They swallowed the SN without anything else.

I think its the tachycardia that causes the panic. I have had some unintentional overdoses and feeling your heart racing like that induces an almost drowing like panic........ This makes me very wary of this method........ I hate that feeling....... I really think I need to stick with my original C0 method...... Ugh.... I have everything too... the antimetics, scale and SN...... We will see.....

Yeah, I almost have everything, but whether I've chosen the best method is scaring the crap out of me. I imagine having a cbt buddy would help a lot, but I'm not trusting enough to post on the partner thread.
