Is SN definitely legal in Europe?

It's a legal substance, often sold to people like butchers, labs, schools and universities. You could alway try and source from somewhere like that, but of course that would be stealing and *that* would be illegal. But the point is: the salt itself is legal in Europe. At least Scandinavia, the UK and Germany as far as I know

it depends on where you live. Not all countries in europe have the same regulations on substances.

I can only tell you that there are now Polish online stores where SN is sold normally

It is even sent to half the world and can also be sent to post stations if required
