In a perfect scenario, (high purity, enough dose, antiemetics, sedative) assuming everything worked, SI is not a concern. Passing out is guaranteed if upper levels of methemoglobinemia is achieved. Seizures does sometimes occur but at this point, hypoxia most certainly will incapacitate you enough so SI won't be an issue to my knowledge.

SI almost always happens when trying to ctb. There's very little way to avoid it completely.
