Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Probably a bad idea. Even if you're looking for a painful way out, rat poison seems unreliable. I'd try a more physical method, or a more reliable poison. You can find plenty on the Suicide Resource Compilation.
im truly sorry you are in a hard place, i wouldn't do a painful method like this. the biggest battle is your survival instinct, you will most likely call for help.
If you want to ensure a binary outcome, then you'd do well to learn discipline and patience, otherwise you are not ready. "Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it." (Matthew 7:13-14)
Rat poison is a terrible, painful death. You basically bleed to death internally. Also, many modern rat poisons contain an emetic to make you vomit if you ingest it.
I've heard people puke blood and stuff when doing so IDK if it's a good way to do it. I'd suggest many other methods instead I once considered herbicide but figured it probably would take a long and painful time not to mention these substance usually are very bitter or burns your throat so you might puke it out and might end up with a failed attempt.
