Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i would guess so, but let me hear your thoughts
Frozen water is ice (I know you meant water that's freezing but there is a distinct difference). Contrary to belief, water is not soft. It is the equivalent to landing on concrete.

Frozen water doesn't make it better.

The LD50 or the lethal rating for death from a fall would be around 80 feet for highest possibility.

I'll emphasize possibility because I've seen a YouTube short (I'll try to find a link) that was titled, "Viking jumps into freezing water from 100 feet" and survived, no injuries.

So there aren't guarantees, just a ratio of probabilities.

EDIT: here is the link:

And correction, he fell 132 feet. Pretty much maxing at lethality.

No offense, but we have lost our minds-it is not equivalent to landing on concrete, at least certainly not at the same height.

the impact for human to water contact can do damages, no idea how bad it can get but people have gotten broken ribs from falling from such heights. u can survive if u know what ur doing though (trained professional) or if smth happens and it prevents certain injuries from happening/ being servere. also, water turning into ice takes quite the time anyways. the thickness of ice does matter too, thicker it is, the worse the impact i guess.
